Body

We offer cleansing and detox retreats. The meals and juices are adapted to suit a deeper cleanse (depending on requirements and the current health of the client).

Therapy and coaching sessions, if required, help the process. Deal with emotional issues both past and present, change habits, cravings and other behaviour that hinder a healthier lifestyle.
